An important foundation in all our materials is the drive towards automation of operational processes and procedures. We believe in the premise that IT professionals should drive to automate-everything-all-the-time. And, we believe that alignment through the consistency brought by standards, policies, best practices, and guidelines are the foundations for such automations.
